How does sizing run for Zyne?
Most of our shoes fit true to size. However, there are some exceptions where we recommend you to size up. You can find the relevant information on every shoe's product page. If you have any concerns regarding size or fit, book your virtual styling appointment with us!

The item I want is sold out ! Is it coming back?
The way we source our fabrics and produce our collections means that some of our items are only available in small quantities and may, therefore, be sold out. Please note that the majority of our pieces are limited edition and will not be returning in the future.
However, there is a small chance that a few more pairs will trickle into our inventory. You can reach out to our store by calling +212 5 22 36 57 52 or send an email to help@zyneofficial.com to see if we can produce your desired ZYNEs on demand.

Where is my order ?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
