100% handmade from natural materials, your ZYNE shoes need care, extra love and attention. When exposed to water, the materials may start to break down. We therefore suggest you keep them warmly inside on rainy days. Avoid exposing your shoes to excessive heat and sunlight. When your ZYNEs are resting, the toes should be stuffed. That is why we’ve included a shoe tree for you to make sure your pair of shoes is maintaining its shape and lasts for years to come. We highly recommend you store your shoes in the provided bag for protection on their day off.

Exchange: To proceed with an exchange, we kindly ask you to send the shoes to the closest warehouse. We do not cover the shipping fees for this action however the new pair’s delivering fees will be free of charge. Tax duties: Custom and import duties may be applied to international orders when the shipment has reached its destination. Please note that Zyne isn’t responsible for any taxes or customs imposed by the shipping country.
